Business Litigation

Ms. Michaels’ major areas of expertise are appellate and business litigation. She represented and was successful in obtaining a substantial settlement in a lender liability lawsuit against a Texas bank for improper notice to the debtor prior to set-off and acceleration of a note. Her commercial practice has consisted largely of business formation, drafting of agreements and contractual disputes.
